National Tourism Organisation of Serbia.

The Scenario

Mailander has represented the National Tourism Organisation of Serbia in Italy since 2006 with communications projects targeted at the media and Italian tour operators, as well as through the Organisation’s involvement in trade fairs, press trips, educational tours and press conferences presenting tourism products, all accompanied by the related communications.

The Challenge

To enhance the tourist appeal of Serbia in Italy. The integrated communications plan that Mailander devised to promote tourism to Serbia in Italy was centred on personalising and diversifying the communications by area to suit the distinctive characteristics of each event being communicated.
